Sanibel Condo Gulf Beach 103 is only a very short walk to the lighthouse and Old Sanibel Fishing Pier. This is a small complex of only 14 units. Our Sanibel condo is ocean front and very private with a heated pool and private walkway to the beach. Condo #103 is a spacious two bedroom and two bath Sanibel Island condo. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room and walk out lanai overlooking the beach. Fabulous amenities include wifi access with provided PC, flat screen tv’s, and complete hospitality provided by Sanibel Holiday. The service and housekeeping is as good as staying in a 5 star hotel! Gulf Beach 103 is on East Gulf drive and is close access to anywhere on the east side of the island. Feel free to use our beach items like lounge chairs, beach balls, sand toys and more while you stay at Gulf Beach 103. Most people that experience our Gulf Beach Condo want to come back year after year. The shelling is superb by Gulf Beach making for a perfect place for the family that wants to shell while in Sanibel.
