Dinner at the The Greenhouse Grill. This night we ordered their Chicken Marsala with fresh vegetables in a Marsala wine sauce and The Pork Shank in a mushroom demi glaze with a roasted spinach my wife was dying to try! The food here is excellent top notch cuisine. You will really enjoy it you can visit their website here or call 239-472-6882 to make a reservation.

Dinner at the Sanibel Grill. The first night in to Sanibel Island my mother in law and step daughter stopped here for their first dining experience. Served below is a fantastic deal on A lobster tail dinner and a full rack of award winning ribs with french fries.

CIPS PLACE

Dinner at Cips Place. was a surprising treat a newer restaurant to Sanibel Island they really served up one of the most incredible Chicken Gnocchi pasta dishes I have ever had along with a fabulous Mexican dish.

DOC FORDS SANIBEL RUM BAR & GRILLE

A place of legend is Doc Fords and the food is legendary in its own right. My top seafood dish by far the Seafood Paella is unrivaled at Doc Fords consisting of jumbo scallops, shrimp, mussels and tender fish medallions with chorizo sausage saffron rice, carmelized onions and tomatoes and their hand-cut mahi-mahi seared in sweet soy sauce, placed on a jasmine rice stir fry with a prickly pear ginger vinaigrette is one of their Signature Dishes

THE BLUE GIRAFFE

Yet another fine establishment that fails to disappoint with is flavorful selection. A wonderful salad we had for lunch!Mixed greens topped with fresh strawberries, mandarin oranges, walnuts and crumbled blue cheese. Served with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

OLD CAPTIVA HOUSE

Presentation alone is not what matters to this great chef. We had the Shrimp appetizer bacon wrapped, crab stuffed shrimp in lemon butter sauce and were very much impressed.

THE CROWS NEST

This Bruchetta was by far the best I have ever had anywhere. A great appetizer and warm up to The Crows Nest Prime Rib Special which is a crazy good deal on certain nights during the week. A must stop same kitchen as The Old Captiva House.

THE TIMBERS RESTAURANT & FISH MARKET

Known for fresh fish and great steaks my daughter tried the alfredo and it was exquisite.
